Who can be a member?
CORE is aimed at the multidisciplinary team, so any healthcare professional working with heart failure patients can register for free. This includes primary care physicians, nurses, cardiologists, and members of the wider multidisciplinary team.
Where does CORE operate?
CORE is currently active in 6 countries – Australia, Austria, Canada, Spain, Sweden, UK – but may be expanded to other countries in the future.
